French mid century oil on board

A large and luminous landscape dating from the 1950s-1960s, depicting the rooftops of a village with cypress trees and a rather imposing rocky massif in the distance. The painting is signed on the lower right corner by Jean Perret (1910-2003), an artist of the Lyon school, he painted mainly landscapes  in the Lyon region, but also in the South of France and Paris.
